The business was set up by Jason Hacker director and owner, back in 2006. Jason has worked in the building industry since leaving school in 1986 when he completed an apprenticeship. He then set up his own construction company and then in 2006 Beechvale Construction Limited was formed.

Our expertise lies in acquiring land, whether it has planning permission or not. We manage the comprehensive process of collaborating with planning officers and agents to obtain the necessary approvals.

Our team engages with architects, engineers and building control, overseeing every aspect from land acquisition to the sale of the finished development.
